- migrate board layers to the CMSIS-Ethos-U pack
- add Corstone-300/Ethos-U55-128 solution support
- make NPU configuration output dynamic
- update VS Code tasks for the active solution
- improve setup, pack, FVP, and usage documentation
- add U85 and U55 toolchain-matrix build/FVP workflows
- add cross-platform Python environment workflow
- update generated AI layer and repository ignores
