Subject: [PATCH] feat: sync homepage claims with wright 0.25.2

Move checked edits, project queries, and cost analysis out of Coming soon into the tooling section, add lookup and the agent MCP install, mark OSTW as paused per the deltin-rs planning decision, and drop the unbacked LSP completion claim. Re-record the hero terminal and the typo finding from wright 0.25.2 in both locales.
