Subject: [PATCH] fix(babel): normalize resolved paths to POSIX so Windows
 rewrites work

path.resolve separates with backslashes on Windows, so a relative import
resolved against the file never matched the forward-slash package paths
the handlers split on, and was left unrewritten.
