I have several Typescript projects with project squads that are quite similar, so I'm considering using a personal squad to share knowledge among the projects. However, some projects use modern React, and some use old Angular versions, so some code practices need to differ between projects. How can I instruct my personal team in such a way that it can seperate generic knowledge, framework (React / Angular) logic and domain (project) logic? |

I would recommend adding team members that specialize in React or Angular and possibly Leads/Architects for each project. This if you want to enforce standards across project and they are in a related domain. |
