Release 29.9.1 availability

Is there a scheduled release date for 29.9.1? We are anxiously awaiting the "Update to go1.26.9 #7363" that resolves a vulnerability.

Good news on both fronts:

• You may not need to wait for 29.9.1 at all. Update to go1.26.9 #7363 ("Update to go1.26.9") was merged on Oct 8 under the 29.9.0 milestone, and the v29.9.0 tag already has GO_VERSION=1.26.9 in its Dockerfile. So 29.9.0 is already built with the fixed Go.
• 29.9.1 is out anyway. v29.9.1 was tagged yesterday (Oct 14), also on Go 1.26.9, and the static binaries are already up, e.g. https://download.docker.com/linux/static/stable/x86_64/docker-29.9.1.tgz.

The CLI repo doesn't publish GitHub Releases, which is probably why it looked unreleased. Packages in the apt/yum repos and Docker Desktop usually follow shortly after the tag. If your scanner checks the Go version, docker version shows it on the "Go version" line, so you can confirm after upgrading.
