Subject: [PATCH] docs: fix broken Markdown code block

## Summary

- Remove an extra Markdown code fence in `docs/predicate-gating-guide.md`.

## Why

The extra fence caused the `Delegated agent access` section to render as a code block instead of normal Markdown.

This also caused the TypeScript example below it to render incorrectly.

The fix restores the intended Markdown structure without changing the guide's content.
