Subject: [PATCH] Put a space after the dash in page titles

Titles rendered as "PyNWB -Neurodata Without Borders" in browser tabs
and search results. They now read "PyNWB - Neurodata Without Borders".
A page without a title, which today is only the code of conduct, gets
the site name alone instead of a title that starts with a dash.
